Tio’s Tortas is Closed? Damn It, Where’s Our Christmas Miracle Now?

Nancy Nichols serves up the bad news: Tio’s Tortas on Lemmon Avenue is closed. Which is devastating news for those of us who frequented the joint, oh, once a week — used to, anyway, till we realized we were probably enjoying Tio’s tortas a little too much. (And, look, the roasted garlic at the condiments bar wasn’t doing us any favors either.) Why come the adios? Well, corporate HQ’s phone has been disconnected, and the Lemmon location’s not answering (’cause, see, it’s closed). But, really, one guess. Peruse the menu to see what you missed (oh, pollo!).
