Today is officially the first day to make reservations for KRLD Restaurant Week, which begins in mid-August. Scott Reitz will have a full run down on the restaurants participating this year soon.
In the meantime, today if you make a $25 purchase at any of the five DFW Central Market locations today, you'll receive 2 Fourth Course certificates, instead of just one.
The Central Market Fourth Course is an additional menu item created by some of the restaurants that is in addition to the standard $35 meal. Typically an app or side dish, this dish is free with the certificate, and today only, you'll get two instead of one at Central Market with a $25 purchase.

Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
