What are the five Dallas restaurants you go to most often? I work at the restaurant most days and nights, and I have a family. So I mostly eat at home with them when I can. But I like Tei-An, Komali and Smoke.

What are five things the Dallas restaurant scene needs less of? Flash, noise, trends, impatience and short ribs.
