Snarf will open in Snider Plaza later this year, and yeah, they’ve got a hot dog sandwich.

Jimmy "Snarf" Seidel is a doer. In life, there are doers and talkers, and instead of only talking about the world's finest sandwich, Seidel made it happen.

Seidel introduced his sandwiches to the Boulder community in 1996 and has since garnered a cult following in many different parts of Colorado, St. Louis and Austin. In late 2025, the first Snarf's Sandwiches will open in Dallas at 6630 Snider Plaza in the former Cisco Grill space.

The sandwich shop is best known for its award-winning menu, which allows customers to build and order sandwiches with premium, flavor-packed ingredients. Despite its Rocky Mountain roots, the concept is in tune with the new communities it expands to.

Snarf’s has a long-standing reputation for giving back to the communities it serves, from supporting schools and local nonprofits to feeding neighbors in need. The company plans to bring the same spirit of generosity and involvement to Dallas. “We believe in investing in the places we call home. That’s what we plan to do here,” said founder Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel.

The new Dallas location will feature Snarf’s main menu of hot sandwiches, fresh salads, soups and sides, along with vegetarian and gluten-free options. All of the bread is baked daily in white, wheat or gluten-free if that's your vibe. Every sandwich can be ordered in three sizes: 5-inch (novice), 7-inch (Snarf's) or 12-inch (pro).

Roast beef and provolone, meatball parmesan and even a hot dog with bacon and American cheese are just a handful of main menu item staples. They're also bringing a "not on the menu" menu, which has sandwiches people would, obviously, not find on the menu, like a buffalo chicken sandwich, Snarf's cheesesteak and a Reuben.

When it opens later in the year, Snarf's will offer dine-in, takeout, online ordering and catering.

“We’re wildly excited to finally bring Snarf’s to Dallas,” Seidel says. “This city has amazing energy, deep-rooted food traditions, and a real sense of community — everything we love. We’re excited to be a part of it — not just by serving high-quality food, but by showing up for the people who live and work here.”
