Tacolandia is This Weekend: Final Call for Tickets Before Price Increase

The 7th Annual Dallas Observer Tacolandia is this Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Energy Square Plaza (corner of Greenville Avenue and University Boulevard). This outdoor taco-sampling party offers some of Dallas’ favorite taquerias, ranging from urban contemporary to authentic street style.

We’ve got a complete list of participating local restaurants below; get details on the menu from each restaurant here (Taco Wasted will have their brisket puffy tacos).

General admission tickets are $35 each with entry at 4 p.m. plus unlimited taco samples. There will be a cash bar at the event. Or you can get a 4-Pack for $25 per ticket (a $40 savings). Groups can save over $15 per ticket with a group of 10 or more.

VIP Tickets are $75 and include entry into the event one hour early (3 p.m.), unlimited taco samples, access to our VIP lounge and some exclusive bites from Henry’s Majestic, Harlowe MXM and Bread Winners Cafe. You’ll also get three drink tickets to use at the VIP bar and there are VIP bathrooms.

Ticket prices will increase at midnight on Nov. 12.

There’s plenty to do aside from grazing on tacos and sipping margaritas from the tequila bar. Relax in the large seating area while listening to a local mariachi band. There will be various games throughout the space, like corn hole and a pepper eating contest (with prizes).

As protocols continue to evolve rapidly regarding public gatherings, our guidance for best practices to be followed at the event are also evolving.
