Thursday evening “TexasHoss” was sittin’ on his porch pondering life. He had a sweet tea down by the legs of his chair, which was tilted back at an angle only a real cowboy could be comfortable with, while his dusty boots were perched upon the wooden rail in front of him. He stared at his pastures and thought, “I wonder if Senator Wendy Davis likes chili with beans or without? God, I hope without.”
He came up with nine more questions, most of them food or drink-related, to ascertain Wendy Davis’ commitment to being a Texan. He Tweeted her all 10 questions. She answered. And, we’d say she passed.
Disclaimer: I have no idea if TexasHoss has boots, a porch, likes sweet tea and ponders life at the end of the day. I can only hope.
