Suburbia Music Festival makes its debut this May at Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve. A collaborative effort between those crazy kids at Live Nation and the city of Plano, the festival isn’t exactly starting small. The lineup, which you can see in its entirety below, features 40 bands spread over two days and includes hip-hop’s Miss Congeniality 2013 in J. Cole, impossible-to-overhype rock band Alabama Shakes and dance guy David Guetta. You’ll also get to remember how much you liked “Semi Charmed Life.” And there’s Tegan and Sara, who we learned last year could write spectacular pop music when they want to. Plus we’ll get a second chance to see Run The Jewels, the collaboration between Killer Mike and EL-P, who are having more fun than anyone else.

There is also a solid if somewhat expected array of locals including A.Dd+, The O’s, Midlake and Larry G(ee).

Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow (January 17) at 9 a.m. through a Ticketmaster pre-sale, where two-day passes are $79.50. You’ll need to have a Citi card or else sign up for the Live Nation mailing list or mobile app to get that — more information can be found at the Suburbia Music Festival Facebook page.
