As the boss pointed out in his first-episode review yesterday, Dallas DNA debuts tonight at 9 p.m. on Investigation Discovery. So happens that those who attended Central Dallas Ministries’ 14th Annual Urban Ministries Prayer Breakfast last week got a sort-of sneak preview of tonight’s premiere: Before the breakfast, where Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins provided the keynote, CDM screened a five-minute short in which Johnnie Lindsey — who, last September, became the 19th Dallas County prisoner exonerated using DNA evidence — spoke about surviving 26 years in the “human graveyard for the living dead.” Tonight’s Dallas DNA shows Lindsey awaiting results from his DNA testing.
