Maybe you’ve noticed: Over on the right-hand side of the page, we’ve got a few sneak peek at Mark Cuban’s proposed Wonderview development in Oak Cliff. They were sent to us by the great Ashley Claborn, director of marketing at downtown-based Merriman Associates — the very same folks responsible for that Statler Hilton virtual fly-through we took last week.
Of course, it’ll be years before the development begins to take shape, according to Joe Cavagnaro, at which point the conceptual renderings will need to be updated to include jet packs and solar-powered water taxis. Nevertheless, pretty. Says Claborn via e-mail, “We are very excited about the many opportunities [Wonderview] holds for the Oak Cliff future.”
