It’s Jan. 3, which means you’re probably three days into whatever diet/cleanse/weird stair-climber class obsession that – let’s face it – won’t last through the month. (Though we’re rooting for you, kid.) So once again, we encourage you to throw your resolutions out the window because life is for the living. And how can you turn down a great view?

Here to help us ruin our resolutions: The Guadalajaran, one of Vidorra’s two large-format cocktails meant to be enjoyed by three or more people. Tequila, mezcal, fruit juice and squirt make for a highly spirited cocktail that will lift your spirits after that three-day attempt at a “new year, new you.”

The Guadalajaran ($60): Cazadores Reposado, Casamigos Mezcal, pineapple juice, citrus, Squirt

Vidorra, 2642 Main St. (Deep Ellum)
