Hey, look who stopped by Paste Magazine to play "Caroline" from his recent self-titled album for this clip, posted to the mag's site this morning? Hint: Why, it's Dallas' own Rhett Miller!

It's a fun clip, if only because Miller's telling of the story behind the song is especially awkward. Basically, as Rhett explains in the above clip, he hadn't written a song with a girl's name in it for a while.

Sometimes it's best not to pull back the curtain, I guess.
