Blame it on Beyoncé’s record-breaking Cowboy Carter tour or 803 Fresh’s “Boots on the Ground,” but nowadays from Texas to London to Paris and beyond, everyone has officially gone country. Naturally, legacy bootmakers like Lucchese are all in for the trend.
“Lucchese has seen an uptick [in sales] since the global excitement with western wear,” Doug Hogue, Vice President of Product at Lucchese, exclusively tells the Dallas Observer. “The appeal of cowboy culture is undeniable, as it reflects a sense of individuality, rugged authenticity and timeless style that relates to consumers of all generations. This resurgence is evident, not only in the increased popularity of cowboy boots, denim, and fringe, but also in the broader sense of western-inspired aesthetics across runways and social media.”
As the craze of cowboy couture continues, so does the public’s fascination with rodeos, trail rides and modern Western culture. With the help of the social media machine powered by Instagram and TikTok virality, fashion, function and fandom often intersect for popularity and awareness of authentic Western wear.
With a successful new NorthPark location and coveted collections with country music’s Chris Stapleton and Parker McCollum, Lucchese has now kicked up the momentum with its latest all-star collab — a new line of boots inspired and designed in partnership with the Dallas Cowboys.
Credited as the “official boot of the Dallas Cowboys,” the latest collection by the El Paso brand will be hot for the trails. It features three new men’s styles and three new women’s styles that celebrate the Cowboys' legacy, spirit and tradition, as well as the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

“Texas pride and the pursuit of excellence are at the heart of our Dallas Cowboys’ ethos,” said Charlotte Jones, Chief Brand Officer and Co-Owner of the Dallas Cowboys. “Together, our partnership brings together two iconic Texas institutions, celebrating craftsmanship, character, and a commitment to honoring where we come from and where we’re going.”
Just in time for football season, the Lucchese x Dallas Cowboys collection is set to capitalize on “America’s Team” mania, and even the recent virality of the latest season for the Netflix series, America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
“Lucchese is fortunate to have such a strong relationship with the Dallas Cowboys, dating back to the 1960s, as a fellow iconic Texas-bred institution,” Hogue said. “The franchise has garnered new attention in recent months and years, and we're excited to continue to connect with Cowboys fans – both lifelong supporters and those new to the team. We look forward to offering their fanbase an opportunity to own a piece of football history in this collaboration.”
Most popular will likely be the "1960" ($3,495), a men’s boot honoring the Cowboys’ founding year and paying homage to six decades of football history. Crafted from navy sueded caiman, this boot is indisputably for the die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.
The women’s "Gina" boot ($995) is also a fave, as it is “the most recognizable for its inspiration from the iconic Dallas Cowboys’ Cheerleaders boot. Contemporary and reimagined, this iteration boasts sleek patent leather in either black or white and is adorned with the signature Dallas Cowboys star logo.

Runner-ups would be the "Priscilla Exotic" ($2,995), a 17-inch tall women’s silhouette, crafted with navy sueded caiman and dove grey goat leather, along with the men’s "The Signal" ($995), named from when a cowboy gives a signal and the work begins, where black giant caiman belly meets deep blue Italian suede, for a traditional appeal.
Additionally, "The Caller" ($995), named after a classic cowboy’s role, is in full quill ostrich brown leather, while the women’s "Dale Exotic" ($1,995), also in navy sueded caiman and dove grey goat leather, comes with a 2-inch stacked heel.
The Lucchese x Dallas Cowboys collection officially dropped on Aug. 15 and is available online and at the NorthPark Lucchese location, as well as other select retail stores. A future drop in early September will include additional accessories and officially licensed Dallas Cowboys apparel to pair with the collaboration.
“In addition to these various offerings, the widened appreciation for western culture has also inspired Lucches’s pursuit of telling the story that the western spirit lives within all of us — no matter where we are or where we come from,” Hogue added.
