This tiny Vietnamese restaurant has been a staple for more than a decade now. The remarkable thing is this: dishes still erupt with clean, engaging flavors, including pho, their massive portion of the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup; and goi tom ga, a chicken and shrimp salad.
