Finishing the summer in style are K-pop boy band ATEEZ, who will headline a huge show at Arlington’s Globe Life Field in front of 40,000 fans.
The eight-member unit - made up of HONGJOONG, SEONGHWA, YUNHO, YEOSANG, SAN, MINGI, WOOYOUNG and JONGHO - achieved global success and gained millions of fans with dancefloor-filling hits like “Ice on My Teeth,” “Crazy Form” and “WONDERLAND.”
Following their debut in 2018, ATEEZ quickly cemented their place as one of the most exciting K-pop artists through their innovative live performances. Fans are immersed in ATEEZ’s unique fantasy world through high-octane performances, inventive stage designs and exhilarating visual effects.
After touring across Asia, Europe and the United States in 2025, it’s finally time for the Texas ATINY - their fandom name - to experience the [In Your Fantasy] World Tour for themselves as they headline Global Life Field.
The home of the Texas Rangers is a familiar stomping ground for the idols, as their performance at the stadium last year marked the first time a K-pop boy band has ever held a standalone concert there.
The ongoing tour is in support of their latest mini-album, GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3 ‘In Your Fantasy Edition’ - which was released in July and contains fan-favourites “Lemon Drop” and “In Your Fantasy.”
Songs from GOLDEN HOUR: Part 3, ‘In Your Fantasy Edition,’ will be brought to life with performances during their Arlington show, ensuring fans experience a night to remember.
We spoke to ATEEZ about what to expect from their Arlington stop on Saturday.
We went to your concert in London earlier this year, and it was truly amazing. But for people who might not have experienced an ATEEZ concert before, how would you describe it?
SEONGHWA: I’d describe an ATEEZ concert as a full journey, not just a performance. There’s energy, emotion and a real connection with the audience that makes each show feel unique. We want every person there to leave feeling like they were part of something unforgettable.
What were your memories of your shows in Texas in 2024? Any highlights or memorable moments?
SAN: Performing at Globe Life Field for the first time was such a special memory. It was right in the middle of the tour, and Texas gave us so much energy that night. The cheers were so loud and passionate, they really boosted our spirits to keep going strong.
How does this ongoing tour compare to when you first performed in the U.S., and how do you feel that you’ve grown as performers over the years?
YUNHO: When we first performed in the US, everything felt new and exciting, but also a little overwhelming. Now, with more experience, we’re able to connect with the audience in a deeper way and enjoy the stage without as much nervousness. Over the years, we’ve learned how to pace ourselves, read the crowd’s energy, and deliver performances that feel more complete. I think that growth shows not only in our skills but also in the confidence we bring to each stage.
What did you want to express with your latest EP, GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3 ‘In Your Fantasy Edition’?
HONGJOONG: With GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3 ‘In Your Fantasy Edition,’ we wanted to show two different but connected sides of ATEEZ. From the bright, refreshing energy of “Lemon Drop” to the alluring, intense vibe of “In Your Fantasy,” the album reflects the range of emotions and colors we can express as a group. It’s also our way of thanking fans for walking this journey with us by giving them music that can match different moments in their own lives.
Talk to us about your single, “In Your Fantasy.” Why did you choose this song as your lead single?
WOOYOUNG: “In Your Fantasy” felt like the perfect song to capture a different side of ATEEZ this summer. It has a seductive and immersive quality, with that 2000s pop vibe that so many people miss, and a rhythmic groove that draws you in from the first beat.
“In Your Fantasy” reminded us of 2000s pop, where songs from that era were an inspiration when working on the single or EP?
MINGI: As WOOYOUNG mentioned, when we were working on “In Your Fantasy,” we wanted to channel the charm of 2000s pop, that balance of catchy melodies, groovy beats and a bit of nostalgia. Songs from that era have a certain warmth and simplicity in emotion that we thought would connect well with listeners today. We mixed that inspiration with ATEEZ’s energy so it feels both familiar and fresh.
You’ll celebrate your seventh anniversary in October. What are you most proud of in this journey so far?
YEOSANG: More than any specific award or chart result, I’m most proud that we’ve stayed true to ourselves and to ATINY over these seven years. Every stage, every song and every tour has been built on the trust we share with our fans and with each other as a team. Seeing how far we’ve come together makes me feel deeply grateful and inspired to keep going for many more years.
What’s next for ATEEZ? What is exciting and motivating you creatively at the moment?
JONGHO: Right now, what excites me most is the idea of showing sides of ATEEZ that even ATINY hasn’t seen yet. We’re constantly exploring new concepts, sounds and performances that challenge us creatively. That process keeps us motivated. As for what’s next, we have more music, more stages, and more stories on the way, each one designed to surprise and connect with our fans in deeper ways. ATEEZ will perform on Saturday, Aug. 16 at 8 p.m. at Globe Life Field, 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington. Tickets are available starting at $46.95 on ticketmaster.com.
