Broski Nation, it's time to stand up.

Dallas native Brittany Broski is a comedian, podcaster, digital creator and internet sensation who is now exploring her creativity with music. She's back with a follow-up track to her debut single "The Sun," making detractors turn into serious fans of her Texas soul and bluesy twang.

On "Stained," Broski wrote the song to capture the feeling of "being forever marked by a relationship." She adds, “Whether or not it's something you particularly want to remember is irrelevant. It is and always will be on you."

That's deep. "Stained" was produced by Zhone (Kesha, Troye Sivan) and co-written by Broski with Zhone and Annika Bennett (Chappell Roan, Lauv). The song slowly builds into her towering vocals on the chorus. Her lyrics illustrate a scene of broken love, juxtaposing the sweetness of a kiss that has gone rotten to the teeth: "Stained by your love, I can’t get myself clean, dirty as the sinner," she sings. Broski has attracted a diehard fanbase since 2019 when a video of her trying kombucha for the first time went viral and became a meme. She has since taken social media by storm, using her popularity to expand her name in different mediums. Her numbers are staggering, boasting more than seven million followers on TikTok, over 615,000 YouTube subscribers for her medieval take on a celebrity interview show, Royal Court, and close to one million subscribers for her wildly entertaining podcast The Broski Report. But to get to know the real Broski is through her music. Last month, she introduced her sound with "The Sun," which is produced and co-written by Luke Niccoli (Carly Rae Jepsen, The Kid LAROI). “The Sun” is "the banking to bangers pipeline," as one YouTube commenter puts it, referring to her beginnings working at a bank and getting fired for her kombucha video. Filled with Texas grit, the song is sung with a Delta blues delivery that comes from a place of deep feminine softness, giving a voice to the angst and confusion of unrequited love.

Broski is a "theater kid" at heart, cultivating her passion for entertaining through live performances in school productions. Her appreciation for music comes from her diverse influences, including One Direction, The Beatles, Hozier and Florence + The Machine.

This Renaissance Woman was born to be on this path. After her impressive musical performance, we're looking forward to hearing what's in store for her upcoming project.
