January 10 is National Quitters Day, which marks the day most people abandon their New Year’s resolutions.
The concept of this day emerged from a 2019 research study done by Strava (basically social media for hyper-athletes). Using over 800 million user-logged activities, they found that 80% of people who set resolutions gave up by this date.
Specifically, it's the second Friday in January.
So, if you threw in the towel today, we’re here to support you. Here’s where to not save money, kick back a drink or three, eat something greasy and get down with your bad self.
