Shanghai Taste is known for its steamed pork soup dumplings. We tried them earlier this year and found them simple yet delicious — they come out with good skin with a flavorful interior, all perfectly steamed. Shen jian bao (pan-fried pork soup dumplings) is another popular dish at Shanghai Taste. They're topped with black sesame seeds and green onion with a slightly pan-fried bottom skin.
