No doubt the four years between albums gave them a little artistic kick and room to experiment. That era's excesses are amplified by L.A.'s Ramona Gonzalez, aka Nite Jewel, who sews electronic sounds with nostalgic pop hems on new Secretly Canadian album One Second of Love.
