President Bill Clinton spoke at the Get Out the Vote Rally on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Paul Quinn College in South Dallas. The rally was in support of his wife and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Inside the packed student union of the private, historically black college, he cited Hillary's extensive experience over other candidates and laid out her goals for the attentive, cheering crowd.
