Monday, April 28, was the opening night of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour in Los Angeles. One of the most significant moments possible for a local artist came when Queen Bey soundtracked a video to his song “The Largest” off his album Take Care. “The Largest” has gained popularity recently, appearing in a Wingstop commercial starring Houston Rockets’ Jalen Green, played during NBA All-Star Weekend.
The video on stage served as a break between acts midway through the concert. It showed a gigantic Beyoncé stomping around cities such as Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Las Vegas. As she walked past a movie theater, the marquee read: “Presenting in Los Angeles: Attack of the 400 Foot Cowboy, Starring Cowboy Carter.” Fans were excited to see BigX get a co-sign by her.
That wasn’t the only time BigX has gotten some love. During Stagecoach 2025 earlier this month, he was a surprise guest for multiple performances: one with Bailey Zimmerman at the Von Dutch activation for “All The Way” and another appearance during Jelly Roll’s set.

BigX has ventured into country lately, with “All the Way” being a teaser for an album full of country tunes he’s been working on. He teased the EP to Complex, explaining he’s “loaded up” features from Shaboozey, Morgan Wallen, Post Malone, Jelly Roll and Luke Combs.
Besides the BigX co-sign, the Cowboy Carter Tour had several other noteworthy moments. Beyoncé’s eldest daughter, Blue Ivy, stole the show with her dance breaks to “America Has a Problem” and “DéjÁ Vu.” Her youngest daughter, Rumi, debuted on-stage as both daughters were with mom during “Protector.”
For Texans, the tour will head to Houston on June 28 and June 29 at NRG Stadium. Tickets for both dates are available here.
