Since 2008, this sleek Henderson Avenue restaurant has been a spot for the young social set to show off some new threads, throw back specialty cocktails and sip on craft beer. The food is all over the map, but it's good, leaning on Asian, Middle Eastern, Spanish and American flavors. Picture a hunk of celery root cut like a steak and served with a savory tonnato sauce and frisée, or if you'd prefer beef, order the hanger steak rare and watch it arrive a shade of burgundy. The flatbreads are a good choice, as is the grilled octopus salad. You should drink here, if only because everyone else is. Victor Tangos is as much about the scene as it is about the sauce you're mopping off your plate.
