John Frost, Ryder Richards and Eric Eley have many things in common. They're artists, have a place in their heart for the Big D (they've all managed to drag themselves back here) and want to introduce you to some killer drawings and sculptures. The import exhibition combines these three artistic masterminds as they showcase the powerful effect that layering has had in their art. Ro2 Art Uptown, 3699 McKinney Ave., is playing host to import from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday through August 27. Admission to the gallery is free.
