Well, Ex-Ghosthustler frontman Alan Palomo did promise us that he'd have a new Vega single out by mid-January, and over the weekend he delivered.

"Well Known Pleasures" (no hyphen!) was made available for download on Gorilla Vs. Bear, as well as, ahem, "exclusively" over on on Discobelle. Well, "exclusive" must not be what it used to be--we got sent the track, too. Check it out...

It's a pretty safe bet that if you liked Ghosthustler's synth-pop gems or Vega's other Space-Disco tracks and re-mixes, that you'll probably dig this one, too.

Though young, Palomo's known as a well-rounded audiophile, so it should come as no surprise that the title of the new single is a rather obvious nod to the first album by a rather ~~obscure~~ well-known band from Manchester. When we talked to him back in December, Palomo said the track is one of the new ones that will be included on the soon-to-be-released five-song EP.
