While the basketball outfit has hit a tiny pothole on its way to next month's playoffs, the Dallas Mavericks' dance team is already in its post-season routine.

Today the Mavs kick off the 5th Annual NBA.com Dance Team Bracket with a first-round matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers Spirit Team.

Coming off an ugly loss in New Orleans, the Mavs also host the Clippers tonight at American Airlines Center. If only ...

the Mavs could play the Clips in the first round.
