As promised, local R&B chanteuse Dondria has just released the video for her second single "Shawty Wus Up," featuring Johnta Austin and Diamond, from her upcoming Dondria vs. Phatfffat release.

We showed you an intro to the new album two weeks ago now, with commentary from the singer, as well as her writers and producers, Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox. With the first single "You're the One" still doing so well on the Billboard charts, the album, dropping August 17, has fans anxiously waiting.

Adding to her impressive year, it was announced last week that she will be touring with Trey Songz and Monica as part of the "Passion Pain Pleasure Tour." The national tour, Dondria's first, will be fairly short, beginning on August 6 and ending in mid-Semptember. But, with stops nearly every night at all your staple big cities, (including Dallas, with a performance at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday, August 8) it will definitely be a trip for Sachse's rising star. And the above clip is just one of two video's Dondria appears in that have earned their release; earlier this week, Brooklyn rapper Q Da Kid released the video for his catchy, Biggie-sampling "It Was All A Dream" single, which features the Sachse singer on the hook.
