If you're like us and didn't even know that the Cattle Baron's Ball is a real thing, you might be tickled to know that for a mere $750 (per single ticket), you too can help fight cancer by attending a private Blake Shelton concert. Or you could buy a few dozen Sprinkles cupcakes from September 24 through 28 at the Plaza in Preston Center.

Sprinkles Cupcakes Dallas will donate a guaranteed 100 percent of sales of their Brown Boot Vanilla to the CBB's "Give Cancer the Boot" campaign, benefiting the American Cancer Society. And while one might generally advocate for more adventurous choices, the Brown Boot Vanilla sounds pretty fancy. Per Sprinkles' official, the "soft, delicate cake is perfumed by the sweet flavor of Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla." And it has a literal brown boot on the frosting. Saving lives, people. Saving lives with ornate confections.
