Feds Arrest Two Women, Ages 63 and 67, In Dallas Brothel Raid

The online reviews for Dallas' Doll House Massage Parlor are heavy on acronyms. Once you decode things, you end up finding stuff out you probably could've gone without knowing. The Doll House, according to those reviews and the U.S. Department of Justice, was offering out more than just rubdowns. 

Late last week, Connie Su Moser (also known as Song Ye Hong), 63, and Kum Shugars, 67, were arrested by members of the North Texas Trafficking Taskforce for sex trafficking and using facilities of interstate commerce to promote prostitution at the massage parlor/brothel. According to the DOJ, Moser owns the Doll House and Shugars is one of its managers.

Members of the forum at massageplanet.net describe Moser's parlor, located at the corner of Irving Boulevard and Sharp Street, as "[looking] like a dump on the outside but very nice on the inside." Services rendered, according to the anonymous reviewers, are indistinguishable from what one might expect at a brothel that wasn't pretending to be something else.

CBJs (oral sex with a condom), CFS (vaginal sex with a condom) and DATY (oral sex performed by the client on the Doll House employee) are all mentioned multiple times, along with physical descriptions of the women providing the services.

"It's a classic AMP [Asian massage parlor]," user Bill M says. "Decent looking girls there the time I went about 2 months ago."

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas says that, in addition to running a brothel, Moser helped a man named Allen Nash coerce an adult into working at the Doll House. Nash has been in federal custody since 2015 after being accused of taking a minor from Texas to Louisiana to engage in commercial sex acts.

Federal conspiracy to commit sex trafficking is punishable by up to a life sentence. The promotion of prostitution charges faced by both Moser and Shugars carry a sentence of up to five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine. Moser has been detained by the feds pending trial, while Shugars faces a detention hearing on Thursday.

A call to Doll House on Tuesday afternoon was not returned.
