In the great challenge tradition set to flying knives on the Food Network, Blythe Beck, of Central 214 (whom we gave Best Use of Butter and Cream Award in 2009)  and the Oxygen Network's The Naughty Kitchen, was host chef to the Battle of the Chefs Challenge at the Frontiers of Flight Museum this week.

Among the chef's creations were lobster bisque, oysters, tiramisu, and Texas steak beef burgers -- this was no chili cook-off. The winner was given the title Best Chef. Of course, this was all for a good cause. Proceeds benefit the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation.

WFAA's Scott Murray's handsome coiffure was there alongside celebrity guests. If you weren't able to go, you'll have to claw the screen for a chance to catch a digital whiff of gourmet mac 'n cheese. See more from the slideshow here.
