Downtown Dallas' newest bar, a gin-centric joint called The Mitchell, opened its stately gold doors on Thursday, February 12, for a "soft opening" party. Coined as a "hotel bar without the hotel," the palatial drink haven welcomed in the very first Dallasites for fancy-schmancy cocktails and even schmancier bites, like the vodka-and-caviar pairings put together by some of Dallas' finest chefs.
