Cochon555 is a recurring event since 2008 that seeks to educate about heritage pigs. Heritage pigs produce quality meat that surpases other varieties of hog. The food was excellent, and so was the whisky. Plus chefs taught how to butcher a whole pig. Photos by Mike Brooks
