With almost daily casting news for the 2009 movie and a new batch of 25th anniversary action figures selling out on toy aisles, G.I. Joe mania is gaining steam, and the Great Texas G.I. Joe Show IV is where collectors will revel in miniature guns, tanks and camouflage fatigues. The show features more than 70 vendors, meticulously detailed dioramas and a remote-controlled tank rodeo. The old 12-inch dolls and accessories from the '70s will be in abundance, but expect the greatest furor to be over the new 3-inch figures, which are based on the old '80s figures but with new highly articulated sculpts. If you're hoping to walk out with an original 1982 Snake Eyes sealed in its original package then bring a couple thousand dollars. But if you have a shoebox filled with old battered Joes broken in half, you can find some replacement o-rings, so the team can be whole again to battle Cobra another day. Yo Joe! The Great Texas G.I. Joe Show IV is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Arlington Convention Center, 1200 Ballpark Way. Admission is $5 per individual, $10 per family. Wed., Oct. 15, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Thu., Oct. 16, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., 2008
