Thurber Mingus is a modern twist on the Border town patio cantinas of West Texas. With a drive towards the best ingredients and products sourced from the state, quality is always at the forefront. Reclaimed pallets, galvanized metals, and great service make for a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bar features a rotation of locally brewed beers and an alcohol menu comprised of only Texas made spirits. The garden patio at Thurber Mingus is a unique and inviting place that makes both a quick lunch and a relaxing dinner possible. The food is a straight forward, rustic border cuisine that embodies the spirit of far West Texas.
