He's also on the advisory board of Groundwork Dallas, the 2-year-old nonprofit charged with cleaning up parts of southern Dallas -- including, especially, the Great Trinity Forest. And it's all about getting the kids involved. (Groundwork Dallas is, in fact, part of a much larger nationwide program that is supported by the Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Program and the National Park Service Rivers, Trails and Conservation Assistance Program.)
