Do you like making snap judgments about local bands? You're in luck. Volume 2 of the One Hundred Second Dash compilation series is available for free download today. To download it, just follow the link to the One Hundred Second Dash blog and click on the animation in the upper right corner of your computer screen.

The compilation, curated by producer/Eaton Lake Tonics member Tony Ferraro and the Chat Room Pub's Ben Rogers, has 26 songs from 26 bands and solo performers, nearly all of whom are local. It gleefully ranges from the delicate acoustic waltz of Clint Niosi's "In The Meadow" to the screaming reckless abandon of Drug Mountain's "Here's Your Stupid Fucking 90 Second Song." Other than their creators' geographic proximity, the only thing the songs have in common is 100 seconds or shorter, as the name suggests, arranged alphabetically by band name.

Also, if you're curious what all the songs would sound like played simultaneously, click "Play All" on the streaming version of the page.
