Even those of us who are not star-struck by Hollywood celebrities are fascinated by the Kennedys. There’s something eternally intriguing about the most mysterious and famous political family in America. And here in Dallas we have a personal connection with the clan, even if it is, sadly, as a result of an odd sense of guilt we feel for something that happened on our soil. If you’re addicted to all things Kennedy and iconic political wonk, as a whole, the AT&T Center has a special treat for you. At 8 p.m. Friday, Rory Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will sit center stage at the Winspear Opera House (2403 Flora St.) to discuss their family and its legacy with none other than Charlie Rose. Yes, nerd alert indeed. Tickets are $25 to $150, with special meet and greet tickets available for an additional $350. Call 214-880-0202 or visit attpac.org.
