Strouderosa

This spot opened in May of 2023 after the owners created a solid local customer base through pick up and home delivery. It's a sit down barbecue spot with table service, always a nice reprieve from waiting in a line. Tackle the brisket nachos here first. A trey comes piled high with moist chunks of smoked brisket, Threeso (three-cheese queso), pickled jalapeños, pickled onions and pico. It’s easily shareable between two people or could be a full meal (or two). Be sure to douse the nachos with their homemade jalapeno barbecue sauce, which was the icing on the chip for us. It might require a second visit, but a trey of meats won't disappoint. Everything from snappy sausage to tender baby back ribs.
