The Fun Fun Fun Festival's web site has yet to update itself with this, but if our friends over at GorillaVsBear are to be believed (UPDATE: Fun Fun Fun Fest's Twitter stream confirms lineup), then that above image is the official, full, complete lineup for the 4th Annual Fun Fun Fest, which will be held on November 7 and 8 at Austin's Waterloo Park.

While we already knew that VEGA and Neon Indian would be performing at the fest, it appears as if three more kinda-locals have also made the cut on this final list: Astronautalis, The Riverboat Gamblers and The Strange Boys.

But, really, a solid lineup all around for a festival that seems to be improving its reputation steadily each year. The act I'm most excited about (finally) checking out? Mission of Burma.

Keep the Dallas Observer Free... Since we started the Dallas Observer, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
