More than 50 farmers and local chefs created a locally-sourced tasting menu for the Chefs for Farmers event at Dallas Heritage Village. Chef John Tesar worked with local BBQ pitmasters to offer delicious meats. Other chefs involved were Billy Durney (Hometown Bar-B-Que), Sam Jones (Sam Jones BBQ), Stephen McHugh (Cured), Alex Seidell (Mercantile), and Tyson Cole(Uchi), as well as others.
