Top Knot concluded it's second Uncommon Ramen dinner series for the summer with John Tesar of Knife Dallas. Patrons attending were greeted with a menu selection of three items. The main ramen, inspired by a mushroom consume from Chef Tesar's previous restaurant, came with fresh noodles, artic char, three different types of mushrooms, and a spice sachet that reminded guests of an upscaled top ramen of college days.
