While Jose Maldonado's been on the Taco Trail, Sara Kerens ventured out to Rusty Taco to test the goods. She came back with photographs. Jump on over to the slideshow--The Street Tacos of Rusty Taco--to catch shots of the grilled fish with red cabbage and chipotle crema, or charred pineapple on Rusty's own taco, or shredded brisket with cotija--we guarantee you'll be starving by the time you're done.
