The rotating selection of banchan are a must at Junction.
With a sense of adventure and a tiny kitchen free of freezer or walk-in, chef Josh Harmon and his team at Junction Craft Kitchen are creating some daring dishes that meld Southern cooking with Asian (particularly Korean) flair. Not every risk pays off, but in a dining scene that feels homogenous and ho-hum at times, Harmon's risks are a very welcome addition. Check out Brian Reinhart's review of Junction.
