Authentic Entertainment, the company behind Flipping Out, Ace of Cakes -- and yes, Toddlers in Tiaras -- picked up the webisode White Collar Brawlers and is in the process of turning it into an AMC reality show. It is actively searching for cubicle-dwelling would-be stars so it can begin season one production.

Part Fight Club, part Into the Wild, the series plucks pairs of men out of their fluorescent-lit offices and trains them, intensively for three months, to throw punches like a champion boxer. The season culminates to a final match-up where Joe from Accounting and Randy from Quality Control come out swinging in a testosterone-rich, fist-to-face bout.

It's an interesting concept, one that intends to make you question the meaning and composition of personal success. Each man in White Collar Brawlers is attempting to define accomplishment in its most primal form, even if doing so requires him to quit his job and brutalize his body. There's little time for reflection once the decision has been made, because each fighter is fitted with gloves and given over to a professional trainer who will become the Micky to their Rocky.

Pairs of work bros who are interested in taking the challenge should submit their names, ages, city and stories to [email protected]. You and your coworker must be between the ages of 18 and 55 years old to be considered. The show's crew will be interviewing would-be fighters in Dallas on Monday, March 5, and they want to meet you. Exact dates and locations are not yet confirmed, but this is happening so introduce yourselves via email now. We will reveal times, dates and places for open casting calls once they are finalized. In the meantime find an office nemesis who is ready to rumble.
