The 15th Annual Festival of Independent Theatres runs through June 22, and features an array of one-act plays like Eve Ensler’s The Treatment, by Echo Theatre Company (at 5 p.m. Sunday), and John Michael’s social media monologue, Like Me (at 2 p.m. Sunday).
