In competitions, as in life, there can only be one winner. Monopoly? One winner. Divorce court? One winner – probably your mom. But in the game of Chefs for Farmers Mix Off, we find an unusual situation: two winners, a bartender and a chef. The competition pits Dallas’ best bartenders against one another as up-and-coming chefs go head-to-head with farm-themed street food (e.g. barnyard animals on sticks). Ticket holders will get to sample drinks, eats and vote for the respective winners. The winner of the food competition will go on to compete in Chefs for Farmers’ main event in October. Tickets start at $55 each.
