Enter and order carnitas tacos, and you should probably get the menudo, too. Both are simply spiced and prepared, and benefit from the use of fresh ingredients. The carnitas and tripe stew are only prepared on weekends, which works out nicely because they happen to make a very fine hangover cure. Find your way here after an evening of excessive indulgence, and you'll walk out restored, and very full.
