Mariah Carey's Black Irish Holiday Pop-Up Bar To Sleigh Dallas

The holiday season is officially upon us, and the queen of the holidays is ringing it in with festive flavor. Beginning this month, Virgin Hotels in Chicago, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City and Dallas will host Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar — a special holiday pop-up inspired by the “All I Want For Christmas Is You” hitmaker.

Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar will operate at the aforementioned Virgin Hotels from Nov. 15 to Dec. 29 and will offer cocktails made with Carey’s Black Irish by Mariah Carey Irish Cream.

“Black Irish cream is my new favorite!” said Carey in a statement. “Especially in the holiday season, you can enjoy it over ice as well and in eggnog.”
Cocktails include the signature espresso martini with Black Irish Irish Cream and a candy cane rim. Guests can also enjoy a martini flight, made up of a white chocolate martini made with Black Irish White Chocolate Irish Cream decorated with cotton candy and glitter; a Reposado Tequila Espresso Martini with Black Irish Irish Cream garnished with a cinnamon stick; and a Bourbon Martini infused with Salted Caramel Black Irish Cream and topped with a chocolate-covered pretzel rim.

In addition to cocktails, imbibers can recreate one of Carey’s iconic album covers at a photo station — and take more photos at a lyric wall beneath a neon sign reading “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” visit a Letters to Mariah station and more.

Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar is a partnership with Bucket Listers, the minds behind the Malibu Barbie Cafe, Diamonds and Rose Experience by Bravo and Saved by the Max experiences.

Fans can purchase tickets in 90-minute time slots between 4 and 9:15 p.m. for $20. Each guest will receive a welcome cocktail upon arrival.
