We have to admit that we're not experts when it comes to gardening, just ask our friends who rehabilitate our plants once we've sufficiently ignored them long enough. Apparently, Coca-Cola is no substitute for water, but maybe we could learn a thing or two about plants at the Butterfly Plant Safari tomorrow. Randy Johnson, Horticulture Director of Texas Discovery Gardens, will offer his advice for plant care and landscape design, but the big draw is the array of butterfly-enticing foliage on sale. Purchase a pot of coral honeysuckle or tropical milkweed and wait for the butterflies to envelope your yard. Now, that's an enchanted garden. The safari is Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m., with the plant sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Texas Discover Gardens (3601 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.).A member's preview will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets for Saturday's sale are $15 for non-members, $10 for members.
