FT33 chef Matt McCallister and Driftwood chef Omar Flores are teaming up for surf and turf style two-part dinner series. If that grabs the attention of your stomach, then you might want to go ahead and call in for reservations, as they will surely fill up quickly.
On Monday, February 4, McCallister will take his knives over to Driftwood for a surf dinner.
Then, three weeks later on Monday, February 25, Flores will head north to FT33 to assist in a turf dinner.

Both dinners are at 6:30 p.m. and cost $100 each for a six-course menu, excluding drinks, tax and your generous gratuity.
FT33's sommelier Ryan Tedder will suggest wine pairings for each dinner, which is another $50.
