That up there is a video, from the visual wizards at You+Dallas, chronicling last year's Artopia, the annual Dallas Observer art party. The event, at the Dallas Contemporary, celebrates art, fashion, design, music and the rest of the cultural color wheel, and it's where we unveil the winners of our annual MasterMind winners. It's a good time, really.

This year's event is actually next year, on Saturday, January 26. We'll announce more details starting next week and throughout next month, when GA tickets will be on sale for $30. They go up to $40 in January and will be $50 day-of, and they include food, beer, wine and liquor sampling.

But you can get some cheaper between now and Sunday: $22 for GA and $39 for VIP, an $80 day-of ticket that includes a more elaborate spread, a VIP lounge and some other perks. Check out this Voice Daily Deal for more details, and whether you buy now or later, we'll see you there, OK?
