Late night West Village wanderers will soon have a new place to fill their bellies. Signs in the window at 3600 McKinney Ave. foretell the arrival of Pop Diner - -and there shall be booze, as indicated by the TABC application also posted up.

The new spot will go in right alongside the previously announced Max's Wine Dive to help fill the gigantic space left by Borders, which closed in April of last year.

No word yet on when Pop Diner will open or who's behind the project.
